Happy New Year

Happy New Year and a warm welcome to 2016. I wanted to update you all on some exciting happenings at Longevity Physical Therapy over the last few months.

First, on December 8, we had our 5th Annual Holiday Party at Queenstown Public House Restaurant in Little Italy.  The food was amazing, the laughs were contagious and the stories were inspiring.  The camaraderie of the staff was only surpassed by the gratefulness we all feel to be a part of the best profession in the world.

Next, Paula Whiting, our amazing Physical Therapist at our Mission Gorge office, traveled home to New Zealand to marry her longtime Beau, PJ Lamont.  A summer wedding in December is unique in this hemisphere, but so well deserved by this extraordinary couple.

The generosity of our patients was overwhelming as we were able to create a surprise Christmas for 3 families in the San Diego area.  We dropped off more than 100 gifts to these young families and for most of us this was once again the best memory of the Holiday season.

Lastly, the new year as brought some changes related to our Encinitas office.  As of January 1, 2016, our Longevity – Encinitas location will no longer be affiliated with Longevity Physical Therapy.  Mike Van Gilder is leaving Longevity Physical Therapy and starting a new company at our former Encinitas location.  We wish Mike and his team all the best in their new endeavor.

The entire staff at Longevity – Mission Gorge and Longevity – Carlsbad are excited to continue to serve our communities in helping our patients to discover new ways to enhance their LONGEVITY.

We look forward to 2016 and feel grateful that you all entrust Longevity Physical Therapy with your personal longevity.

Happy New Year,

Brett Bloom
