I am an Orange County native but moved down to Poway about a year and a half ago and have really loved it here. I got my B.S. in Exercise Science from UCI and graduated from Chapman University with my DPT in August of 2021. I love working with people and learning about them and their interests. My main goal as your physical therapist is to get you back to the things you love, whatever that may be.

Personally, I love weight lifting & I coached and played ultimate frisbee throughout college and PT school. When I am not working out or playing frisbee you will find me cozied up at home with my husband drawing, cooking new foods, and playing A LOT of board games. We are beach lovers and are still trying to find the best beach spots and the good food in SD…so if you have any suggestions please let me know!
