I am a Bay Area native who moved to San Diego to get my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at San Diego State University, and loved it so much I stayed to get my Doctorate in Physical Therapy there as well.

My first exposure to physical therapy was when I was a patient myself

following multiple knee surgeries in high school, and my love for the human body and movement continued to grow throughout college and graduate school. My passion is to help people become more confident when moving their bodies and to empower them to be an active participant in their recovery.

When I am not treating patients I enjoy being at the beach, hiking, camping, weightlifting, Pilates, and trying new restaurants around San Diego.
