I have lived in San Diego most of my life and enjoy living locally to be close to family. After sustaining an injury while playing field hockey in high school, I attended physical therapy where my passion for physical therapy and returning patients to their desired activities was developed. I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Linfield College in Oregon and was excited to return home to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine in San Marcos.
As a former aide at Longevity, I am excited to return and help patients in the community achieve their movement goals. I am excited to work with patients one on one and create a personalized treatment experience to return patients to what they love to do.
In my off time, I enjoy going on long walks with my dogs, going to Disneyland, crocheting, and running half marathons.
