Longevity-80

As the owner of Longevity Physical Therapy, I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to impact the San Diego community since 2002 as both a Physical Therapist and lecturer providing a unique understanding of functional rehabilitation and training.  My career path has instilled a passion to combine innovative physical therapy with exceptional customer service.

While studying at Cornell University and working for Harvard Business School and Four Seasons Hotels, I learned how to provide extraordinary service to customers.  As I developed an interest in Physical Therapy in my early 20’s, I quickly saw an opportunity to bring a hospitality-level service philosophy to a medical industry not necessarily known for service. Longevity Physical Therapy strives to be the unique rehabilitation environment that provides 5 Star service.

Upon receiving my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2001, I developed an interest in treating the spine, as well as both lower and upper extremity disorders.  This experience led me to serve as a Clinical Instructor of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California and as a consultant to the athletic department at USC.  After leaving Los Angeles for San Diego, I completed my year-long fellowship with the Gray Institute.  For over 15 years, I have lectured throughout the country to physical therapists, doctors, and other healthcare practitioners about our innovative physical therapy approach.

Now living in Carlsbad with my wife, Christine, and two children, I continue to treat patients at our La Costa clinic while growing the Longevity brand by opening new clinics to serve the greater San Diego community. As a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Ironman Triathlon finisher, I understand the goal we all have for “Longevity” in our lives.  I enjoy working with patients of all ages and talent levels.  One of my core philosophies is that everyone is an athlete and can improve their performance through activity specific functional therapy.
