Originally from the beach cities in Los Angeles, I moved to San Diego after receiving my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Prior to starting my journey to becoming a Physical Therapist, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Penn State, where I worked with many different collegiate level teams on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I was drawn to physical therapy because it allows me the ability to promote daily activity as well as connect with and motivate individuals to reach their goals and aid in improving their quality of life. I am excited for the opportunity to work at Longevity and combine my knowledge and experience as an athletic trainer with physical therapy to provide unique and specifically tailored treatment programs that are specific towards my patient’s goals.
When I am not working, you can find me exploring all of the dog beaches San Diego has to offer with my dog, Cooper, searching for the best pizza restaurant, playing soccer, and cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions football team!
