Originally from the Bay Area, I moved to San Diego in 2016 to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I then continued my education at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

My passion for physical therapy started in high school when I worked as an athletic trainer for my school’s sports teams. However, my love for movement began even earlier, as I was always active and participated in sports like basketball, track and field, tennis, and volleyball. I believe movement is medicine, empowering us to become the best version of ourselves. I’m excited to officially begin my career at Longevity, where I hope to empower and guide others in reaching their full potential and returning to what they love.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring San Diego’s beaches, hiking with my dog, Koda, boxing, or planning my next big adventure.
