I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my community at Longevity Physical Therapy! I graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and hold a B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. I have always had a passion for human movement, fitness, and performance. As a competitive dancer growing up, I was fortunate to compete nationally at the collegiate level. I am passionate about helping my patients attain their individual goals at every fitness level while providing a whole-body, functional approach to reach their highest potential. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family, especially the newest addition to our family; my daughter Charlotte! We love spending time at the beach and rooting for our favorite sports teams (Go Padres)!
