I am originally from Playa del Rey, CA, a small suburb of Los Angeles. I attended the University of San Diego for my undergraduate studies, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Biology. I played volleyball while there and was a middle blocker. My team even made it to the Sweet Sixteen one year! I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach (Go Beach!). I am very excited to be back in San Diego!

I was initially drawn to physical therapy because of my experiences with returning from injury as a D1 athlete. I am passionate about using my experiences to connect with my patients to help them return to the activities they love doing, whether that is running, weightlifting, or returning to sport. I am excited to work at Longevity to bring excellent quality of care to my patients and help them achieve their goals.

When I’m not in the clinic, I love to check out local coffee shops, go to Padres games, play beach volleyball, and go to as many Pilates/ yoga classes as I can. I’m excited to work with you!
