Rachel Oakley, PT, DPT, FAFS

Clinic Director/ Doctor of Physical Therapy

Longevity-83

I was born and raised in south Orange County, but fell in love with San Diego after running all over the county as a D1 Cross Country and Track student-athlete at San Diego State University (go Aztecs!). I then earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at California State University Long Beach (go Beach!).

Throughout my running career I have discovered the importance of preventative rehab. I am passionate about finding the primary cause of my patients’ injuries to prevent future recurrence. I also strive to guide my patients through their rehab to feeling and moving even better than pre-injury! I still love to run (a lot) as a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier. I also implement all sorts of activities like hiking, yoga, Peloton cycling classes,

HIIT training, weight lifting and Pilates into my weekly routine.

In my free time, I love to be with close family and friends, usually with some sort of delicious Mexican food involved. My husband, my dog and I love watching sports together, exploring new beaches and restaurants in San Diego, and planning getaways to Temecula or the local mountains!

As the Clinic Director of our newest clinic in San Marcos, I am excited to welcome patients and bring the quality of physical therapy care and service that Longevity is known for.

I look forward to working with you!
