Taryn grew up in Wyoming and the Mojave desert before taking the plunge to move to San Diego 12 years ago. She worked at Longevity as an aide and she is excited to be back as a physical therapist. She played tennis in high school and became interested in a career that would combine her interests in human physiology and how exercise plays a role in rehab and injury prevention.
She attended California State University, San Marcos, and received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She continued her education to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. She personalizes each session by focusing on the needs and goals of the patient while working with them to create a plan of care together. In her free time, Taryn enjoys hiking, reading, eating ramen, and hanging out with her husband and their cat.
