Virtual appointments are an option to provide patient care - even for physical therapy.
The way to get back to the activities you love is to be diligent about doing the exercises the doctor of physical therapy prescribed to you in your plan of care. This can be a challenge sometimes when an unexpected trip comes up, your car breaks down, you have no transportation, or are somewhat under the weather - but still feel you can do the exercises at home.
All of our doctors of physical therapy can offer virtual appointments if you have access to a computer.
